A Maquoketa man has been arrested on several driving related charges.
25-year-old Titan Sinclair was arrested yesterday morning around 3:45am after police pulled him over for a traffic stop.
A criminal complaint says officers allegedly found several open containers within reach, and that Sinclair later admitted to officers he had drunk right before driving, and also had a suspended license.
The complaint says Sinclair failed all field sobriety tests and a preliminary breath test showed his blood alcohol content was .136. Sinclair was charged with operating while intoxicated, having an open container, driving while having a suspended license, and failure to provide proof of insurance.
He’s due in court on November 14th at the Jackson County Courthouse.
