IPERS will not be affected by Iowa DOGE

For those in the area that will receive IPERS, Gov. Reynolds promised that the program will not be affected by the Iowa DOGE.

Changes to IPERS will not be made and it will remain available to all state employees, law enforcement, and others.

In Reynold’s press release on Tuesday, she stated that “IPERS will be there for your retirement.” Reynolds assured Iowans, saying that keeping IPERS was always the intent from the beginning.
