There will be a sentencing hearing this Friday in the Jackson County Courthouse.
59-year-old Vickie Lynn Moreth of Maquoketa pled guilty to multiple drug related charges on July 25th of this year. The charges were filed earlier this year when police found multiple drugs in her residence with the intent to distribute. Methamphetamine, marijuana, and prescription pills were all found in her possession.
Moreth pled guilty to two class D felony drug charges and one serious misdemeanor. Moreth’s sentencing hearing will be this Friday at 9am in the Jackson County Courthouse.
