The Clinton County Attorney’s Office has released recent sentencing information. Some of the people sentenced and their crimes are:
Stephanie Biggerstaff, sentenced to a maximum of seven years in prison for 3rd offence of drug possession and 3rd degree theft.
Amber Herzmann, sentenced to a maximum of 12 years in prison for possession of illegally gained prescription drugs and tampering with records.
Myron Vanbuskirk, sentenced to a minimum of three and maximum of 15 years in prison for two counts of 3rd degree theft by a habitual offender.
