6th-ranked Easton Valley loses their first game of the season as they fall to 7th-ranked Edgewood-Colesburg 58-28

Midland loses to Maquoketa Valley 31-6

Calamus-Wheatland defeats Central City in a close high scoring game 70-68

Bellevue pulled the upset on the road against 9th-ranked Alburnett, keeping their undefeated record winning 33-28, expect to see the Comets in the rankings this week.

The Maquoketa Cardinals fell on homecoming to 10th-ranked Davenport Assumption 42-7

The Toronto Blue Jays lead the Yankees 2 games to 0 after 10-1 and 13-7 wins

The Detroit Tigers and Seattle Mariners are neck and neck at 1 game each after exchanging 3-2 wins.
