The City of Maquoketa has announced the time for trick or treating this year.
As Halloween falls on a Friday this year, the 31st will be the day for all the goblins and ghouls to get their fill of candy. Maquoketa has marked 5pm-7pm on the 31st as the official time for kids to go out and enjoy all the spooky treats that they can.
Make sure to leave the porch lights on for them, and be extra cautious when driving in town.
