The non-emergency line in Clinton County is temporarily down. Work is being done to bring it back online, but no timeline is able to be given.
For any non-emergency calls, call the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office at this phone number:563-243-1458. It will say your calling the Police Department, but by pressing option 1, it will redirect you to the Clinton County Communications.
While the non-emergency line is down, the normal 911 line has no issues. All calls made to 911 will go through as normal, and emergency calls will not be affected.
