Accident report for head on collision

A collision between two vehicles occurred on Wednesday around 3:45pm.

22 year old Wylee Till of Bellevue was trying to pass another vehicle on Highway 62. When Till was speeding up he lost control when going around a corner. 33 year old Trista Keeny was driving in the opposite lane, and was not able to avoid a collision with Till. Till and Keeny’s cars collided head on, resulting in airbags being deployed in both vehicles.

Multiple departments in the area responded to the crash. Towing was needed for the accident as both cars were totaled from the crash. Both Till and Keeny reported minor injuries and pain, but neither needed medical transportation.

Till was found at fault and was given a citation for failure to maintain control.
