The Jackson County Board of Supervisors has adopted Ordinance No. 318 amending the Official Zoning Map of the Jackson County Zoning Ordinance.
This ordinance reclassifies a 40,075 sq. ft. parcel owned by Mark & Julie Heitz at 38209 Highway 52, Bellevue (Sec. 7, Tete Des Morts Twp.) from A-1 Agricultural to R-1 Residential.
The Zoning Commission held a public hearing on July 21, 2025, and recommended approval. The Board of Supervisors adopted the ordinance on August 19, 2025.
