Jeffery S. Bills Sentencing Update

The sentencing information for Jeffery Scott Bills has been updated. Bills, who pleaded guilty to Eluding in speeds of over 25MPH, was sentenced to up to five years in prison alongside 1,025 dollars in fines. He could be released early and placed on a two year probation period, depending on good behavior while in prison. If released on probation he must acquire a GED or a Highschool Equivalent Degree, and maintain employment. His bond on appeal is set at a 5,000 dollar cash-only payment.
