Bellevue Residents Have A New Compost Pile Site

Effective immediately, Bellevue residents are asked to use the new location for the community compost pile. The compost site has been moved from Felderman Park to the City Shop, located on Rose Street. City officials remind the public that the same rules still apply. Only yard waste—such as grass clippings, garden debris, and leaves—is allowed. Lumber, garbage, and other non-organic materials are not permitted. Again, the new compost drop-off site for Bellevue is now at the City Shop on Rose Street. Residents are encouraged to follow the guidelines to help keep the program running smoothly.
