Governor Kim Reynolds has ordered all flags in Iowa to be lowered to half-staff this Thursday, July 3rd, in honor of State Senator Rocky De Witt. Flags will remain at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Thursday at the State Capitol, the Capitol Complex, and all public buildings across the state. The governor is also encouraging individuals, businesses, schools, and local governments to lower their flags as a sign of respect for the late senator.
