Dubuque 5th Street Construction

A traffic alert for drivers in Dubuque—prepare for a lane shift on W 5th Street.

Due to ongoing concrete sidewalk restoration, eastbound traffic on West 5th Street will be shifted at Bluff Street. The lane shift is effective immediately and will remain in place until noon on Monday, May 19th.

Motorists are advised to follow posted detour signs or use an alternate route to avoid delays.
