One Person Facing Charges in Cascade Bar Fight

One man is facing charges following a weekend bar fight in Cascade.
Police were called to the 1918 Saloon on 1st Avenue West after a fight broke out behind the bar. When officers arrived, they found two men with head injuries.
According to a criminal complaint, the altercation began when a bartender asked a group to leave the area behind the bar. Instead of complying, the group began arguing—then, police say, 38-year-old Daniel Henneberry of Bernard punched the bartender, sparking the fight.
Cellphone video of the incident reportedly shows the bartender pointing toward the door just before Henneberry threw the first punch.
Police say Henneberry later admitted to hitting the bartender with a bottle while on the ground. He’s now charged with Assault Causing Bodily Injury.
