Cein Palecki of Maquoketa is scheduled to appear in court later this month. Palecki is facing an arraignment on a charge of driving while barred. The hearing is set for Thursday, the 23rd, at 8:45 AM at the Jackson County Courthouse.
Perry Winchester of Dubuque will also appear in court. Winchester faces an arraignment hearing, also on a charge of driving while barred. That hearing is scheduled for 8:45 AM on the 23rd at the Jackson County Courthouse.
In a separate case, Eric Fuess has pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance—methamphetamine. Fuess has been sentenced to five years in jail, with credit for any time already served in the Jackson County Jail. He was also fined $1,025.
