It was announced by Iowa Workforce Development WARN that ASM Global in Dubuque will be laying off 160 people effective June 30th. ASM Global has been the vendor for the Five Flags Center in Dubuque since 2004. Dubuque city leaders are expected to discuss transitioning to a new vendor at their city council meeting on Monday. City leaders said all current ASM Global staff will be invited into the transition process, so the impacted employees may find new employment with the new vendor.
