Iowa Senate Passes Bill that will Ban Cell Phone usage in Cars.

Iowa took a step towards requiring drivers to keep their hands on the wheel and not on their phones. The Iowa Senate passed a hands-free bill with almost unanimous support. The bill now goes to the state house for final approval. Iowa already has a no texting and driving law but this bill would further limit phone use to hands-free only.
