Clayton Shady pleaded guilty to a sex offender registration violation, a second offense. Shady is sentenced with 5 years in the Jackson County Jail, a $1,025 fine plus a 15% crime surcharge, and a bond appeal set at $5,000 cash only. 

Devin Gardener pleaded guilty to burglary 3rd degree. Gardner is sentenced to 5 years in the Jackson County Jail, a $1,025 fine plus a 15% crime surcharge, and a bond appeal set at $5,000 cash only. Gardner was also charged with assault causing bodily injury and was sentenced with 120 days in the Jackson County Detention Center, a $430 Fine plus a 15% crime surcharge.  Gardner in a second case pleaded guilty to criminal mischief, a second offense, and was sentenced 5 years to the Jackson County Jail, a $1,025 fine plus a 15% crime surcharge with a bond appeal at $5,000. All sentences must be served consecutively.

William Gallaher Jr. appeared on the charge of Domestic Abuse Assault impeding air/blood flow causing bodily injury. Gallaher Jr was sentenced 90 days to the Jackson County jail with a bond appeal set at $1,000 cash only. 

Dean Charles pleaded guilty to interference with official acts. Charles was sentenced with a $250 fine plus a 15% crime surcharge. Bond Appeal is set at $300 cash or surety.
