Clinton Residents Charged with Adult Abuse

Two people in Clinton have been charged with adult abuse resulting in death following a four-month investigation.

According to Clinton police, Justin Babers, 36, and Angelina Babers, 23, have both been charged for the death of Kenneth Flaugh, a dependent adult.

J. Babers and A. Babers have been charged with intentional reckless dependent adult abuse by a caretaker resulting in death, a Class B felony.

According to jail records, both were released on bond after being booked at the Clinton County Jail on Friday.
