Morris AJ Thomas Jr., 32, is charged with reckless driving, two counts of running a red light, an open container violation, no insurance, failure to yield to emergency vehicles, leaving the scene of an injury accident, and interference with official acts, according to court documents. He was booked into the Scott County Jail at 6:38 pm.
