In the Iowa District Court in and for Jackson County

On February 27th,  the Defendant, Herbert Burdette, was placed on probation on September 13th, 2024, has violated his probation and is not in custody.  A Statewide warrant be issued with a $5,000 dollar cash bond, and that a Probation Violation hearing be scheduled upon the Defendant’s arrest.

On February 27th, upon request or motion of the Defendant, Damon McFarlane.  Initial Appearance is scheduled  on March 4th, 2025 at 1pm at the Jackson County Courthouse.
