Davenport Police are investigating an incident which happened at 6:30 p.m. Monday, police, fire and Medic EMS responded to the area of 6th Street and Taylor Street to a report of someone who had been shot.
Pella man charged in restaurant robbery investigation
Officers found a 14-year-old girl who had suffered a non-life-threatening gunshot injury. She was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
“There is no indication of any ongoing danger to the community related to this incident,” police said. The incident remains under investigation. No other information was available as of 11:30 p.m. Monday.
