In the Iowa District Court in and for Jackson County

On February 7th,  the Defendant,  Norman Adams, appeared in writing and with counsel, admits violating the terms of probation.  The Defendant should be held in contempt shall serve 14 days in the Jackson County Jail, receive credit for any time served in this case, remain on probation and complete the additional terms of probation. The Jackson County Sheriff shall provide transport defendant to Country Oaks.

On February 7th, this matter comes before the Court for sentencing.  Defendant, Jason Schulz, pleads guilty to the charges of possession of controlled substance–meth–3rd offense, operating while intoxicated-2nd offense, and driving while barred,  is committed to the custody of the Director of the Iowa Department of Corrections.

On February 7th, upon Request or Motion of the Defendant, Motion of the  Defendant, Denise Griffith, of Dewitt, this matter comes before the court.  The Defendant is charged with theft – 5th degree.  A Pretrial Conference is scheduled on March 11th, 2025 at 2pm at the Jackson County Courthouse.
