In the Iowa District Court in and for Jackson County

On February 7th, this matter comes before the court for sentencing. The Defendant, Robert Blue, of Maquoketa, appeared in writing and through writing, ont the charge of possession of marijuana–1st offense, and pleads guilty. The Defendant is placed on Unsupervised Probation for a term of one year. A hearing on Unsupervised Probation is scheduled on February 6th, 2026 at 11am at the Jackson County Courthouse.  Bond on appeal is set at $1,000 dollars cash only.

On February 7th, the Defendant, Kristin Morriss, of Maquoketa,  Motion to Continue, finds that the matter shall be reset to the 11th of March at 2pm at the Jackson County Courthouse. The Defendant plead guilty to the  charge of possession of controlled subtrolled003rd or subsequent offense.

On February 7th, the Defendant, Sean Haylock, of Baldwin, is charged with driving while barred, and possession of controlled substance, finds that the matter shall be reset to the 14th of March at 9am at Jackson County Courthouse.
