In the Iowa District Court in and for Jackson County

On February 8th, the Defendant, Renee Manning, of Maquoketa,  appears in custody on the charge of possession of controlled substance–3td or subsequent.  A Preliminary Hearing is scheduled on  February 18th,2025 at 2:30pm at the Jackson County Courthouse.  The Defendant is released upon posting $5,000 dollars cash or surety. 

On February 7th,  upon request or motion of the Defendant, Brad Scott,  this matter comes before the court.  The Defendant is charged with theft- 5th degree.  Pretrial  Conference is scheduled on March 11th, 2025 at 2pm at the Jackson County Courthouse.

On February 7th, this matter comes before the court for entry of deferred judgment. The Defendant, Ian Phillips, pleads guilty to the charge of possession of controlled substance, marijuana- 1st offense.  The Defendant is placed on unsupervised probation for a term of one year.  A hearing on Deferred Judgments are scheduled on February 6th, 2026 at 11am at the Jackson County courthouse.
