On the Police and Sheriff’s call log

On February 7th, between the hours of 8:59 am through 6:30 pm, there were controlled burnings.

On February 12:08pm, there was an act of illegal dumping on 134 South Riverview Street, when a suspect tossed there trash into their dumpster.  An Officer responded. 

On February 7th,  at 12:08pm,  there was an act of vandalism was done to the victim’s vehicle  on South Vermont Street.  A Maquoketa Police Officer responded.

On February 7th, at 6:59pm,  there was a grass fire located on 14481 162nd Street.  There was no structural damages done.  Maquoketa Fire Department responded. 

On February 7th, at 6:17pm, a 2010 gray Nissan truck was in a motor vehicle accident, while intoxicated, located on 13th Street/ 251st Avenue.  Officers responded.  The driver,was taken to Jackson County Detention Center.
