On January 24th, the Defendant, Robert Blue, is charged with possession of controlled substance–marijuana- 1st offense, and theft- 5th degree. Appeared in writing filed by counsel and plead guilty. A pretrial Conference is scheduled on February 14th 2025 at 10am at the Jackson County Courthouse. A Jury Trial is tentatively scheduled for at 9am.
On February 4th, The Defendant, Rustin Bormann, of Preston, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Arraignment is scheduled on February 18th, 2025 at 1pm at the Jackson County Courthouse.
On February 4th, the Defendant, Ian Phillips, appears in person on the charge of possession of controlled substance –marijuana-1st offense. Arraignment is scheduled on February 7th, 2025 at 8:45am at the Jackson County Courthouse.
