In the Iowa District Court in and for Jackson County

On January 28th, the Defendant, Brian Buckman, of Maquoketa, is charged with operating while under the influence–3rd offense.  The Defendant respectfully requests  these matters be continued to February 21st, 2025.

On January 28th,   the Defendant, Kelly Kelly,of Maquoketa,  is charged with driving while license denied or revoked.  Counsel for the Defendant will be out of town on February 7th, 2025 and the Defendant  requests that the court continue the pretrial conference to February 14th, 2025 at 10am.
