Iowa State Patrol has identified a Martelle man killed in a crash Wednesday morning in Jones County.
Iowa State Patrol says a Ford Ranger driven by 77-year-old Jimmy Kent Offen was heading westbound on Highway 151 near Basham Lane when he lost control, crossed the median, and hit a Chevy Impala head on.
Offen died from his injuries. The driver of the Impala was injured and taken to UIHC for injuries.
