Bellevue Municipal Utilities

The Bellevue Municipal Utilities met in Special Session on January 23, 2025 at 8:00 A.M. in the
Bellevue Council Chambers with Chairman Ken Walsh presiding. The roll call was as follows:
PRESENT: Board Member Barry Nudd and Lucy Zeimet. Also present were Secretary
Teresa Weinschenk, Electric Superintendent Jamie Haxmeier. ABSENT:
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Walsh moved with second by Nudd to approve the Agenda. Motion carried unanimously. DISCUSSION AND APPROVE PURCHASING BUCKET TRUCK FROM ALTECHaxmeier explained this truck is a demo truck and will save approximately $54k instead of
buying a new truck. It is a 2022 4×4 22,000 miles 328 PTO hours. This will replace the small
bucket truck. Walsh moved with second by Zeimet to approve purchasing bucket truck from
Altec. Motion carried unanimously. ADJOURNMENT
As there was no further business to come before the Board, Acting Chair Zeimet adjourned the
meeting at 8:05A.M.
