In the Iowa  District Court in and for Jackson County:

On January 9th, this matter comes before the Court.  The Defendant,  Hunter Johnson, of Maquoketa, is charged with person ineligible to carry dangerous weapon, from an incident which occurred on December 29th, 2024, early morning.  A Hearing on |Arraignment is scheduled on January 24th, 2025 at 8:45am at 8:45am at the Jackson County Courthouse.

On January 16th,  the Court dismisses the revocation and discharge defendant, Joshua Begle in this case.

On January 16th, the Defendant, Dennis Hartley, of Maquoketa, appears in person, on the charge of obstruction of emergency communications, from an incident which occurred on December 30th, 2024 at 7:28pm.  The Defendant pleads not guilty; therefore, a Pretrial Conference is scheduled on February 6th, 2025 at 2pm at the Jackson County Courthouse.

On January 16th, The Defendant, Ian Phillips, is charged with possession of controlled substance–marijuana– 1st offense.  A  Preliminary Hearing is scheduled on February 4th, 2025 at 2:30pm, at the Jackson County Courthouse. 

On January 16th, at 4:28pm, the Defendant, Luis Tineo Figueroa, of Chicago, is charged with possession of controlled substance– marijuana- 1st offense.
