In the Iowa District Court in and for Jackson County:

On December 30th, this matter comes before the court. The Defendant, Makalea Yakle, of Welton, is charged with eluding with speed over 25 mph over the limit, from an incident which occurred on December 25th, 2024 at 4:49pm.  A hearing on Arraignment is scheduled on January 10th, 2025 at 8:45am at the Jackson county Courthouse.

On December 30th, the Court hereby orders the dismissal of revocation and it is further ordered that the defendant, Corrine Lucy, of Maquoketa, be discharged from unsupervised probation.

On December 30th, the Defendant, Seth Kruckenberg, of Ground Mound, is charged with possession of controlled substance–meth, from an incident which occurred on December 27th, 2024 at 1:09am.  A hearing on Arraignment is scheduled on January 17th, 2025 at 8:45am at the Jackson County Courthouse.

On December 31st, the Defendant, Damein Russell, of Maquoketa, is served a No Contact Order at the Jackson County Jail at 9:59am.  The Defendant appears in custody on the charge of domestic abuse assault-2nd offense, from an incident which occurred on December 30th,2024 at 6:50pm. A Preliminary Hearing is scheduled on January 9th, 2025 at 2:30pm at the Jackson County Courthouse. The Defendant is released upon posting $1,000 dollars cash only.
