In the Iowa District Court in and for Jackson County:

On December 27th, the Defendant, Jodi Eby, of Cedar Rapids, appears in custody on the charges of possession of controlled substance–meth and possession of controlled substance- cannibidiol–1st offense, from an incident which occurred on December 26th, 2024 at 8pm.  A Preliminary Hearing is scheduled on January 16th, 2025 at 2:30pm at the Jackson County Courthouse.

On December 29th, the Defendant, Hunter Johnson, of Maquoketa, appears in custody on the charge of person ineligible to carry dangerous weapons, from an incident which occurred on December 29th, 2024, early morning.  A Preliminary Hearing is scheduled on January January 16th 2025 at 2:30pm at the Jackson County Courthouse.
