Police and Sheriff’s call log

On the Police and Sheriff’s call log:

On December 27th, at 10:13am, a four door, black, 2012 Chrysler, was in a motor vehicle accident on the 18,000 block of Highway 52.  Bellevue Ambulance, Bellevue Fire Department and officers responded.  One victim was taken to a nearby hospital. Muellers Towing Company Responded.

On December 27th, at 10:31am, there was a gas smell outside of Walmart Supercenter located on 103 Carlisle Street. Maquoketa Fire Department and officers responded.  No injuries reported.

On December 27th, at 8:37pm,  there was a traffic stop on a Toyota Corolla, with no plates, on 1102 East Platt Street.  A Maquoketa Police Officer responded.

On December 28th,  at 1:07pm,  a sick looking raccoon was seen between the trail and the river on 900 North Riverview Street, Bellevue Municipal Utilities Operations.

On December 28th, at 3:26pm, a red Chevy truck drove off without paying $82.02 at 658 Ferry Road.  Officers responded.  The owner does not feel it was intentional.

On December 28th, at 5:11pm,  there was a car/ deer accident on 24th Street/ Highway 64.  No injuries reported.  An officer responded. 

On December 28th, at 11:56pm,  a grey Jeep, with a white underglow,  was driving reckless on 917 West Platt Street.  The driver was possibly intoxicated.  Officers responded.
