Angel Dominguez, a Bettendorf woman and organ recipient, who received a heart transplant in 1992 when she was eight months old, will be participating in the 2025 Rose Bowl Parade in Pasadena, California on January 1st, 2025. Angel was selected to represent Iowa on the One Legacy Donate Life Float. The theme for this year’s float will be “ Let Your Life Soar.”
