On December 20th, this matter comes before the Court for sentencing. The Defendant, Stacie Bodenhofer, of Maquoketa, appeared in writing and through counsel, pleads guilty to the following charges of unlawful possession of prescription drug, assault on persons in certain occupations, and assault on persons in certain occupations/ bodily injury, from an incident which occurred on November 9th, 2024 at 3:58pm. Defendant is placed on Unsupervised Probation for a term of two years. A hearing on Unsupervised Probation is scheduled on December 18th, 2026 at 11am at the Jackson County Courthouse. Bond on appeal is set at $2,000 dollars cash or surety.
On December 20th, Defendant, Eathan Walsh, of Maquoketa, appears in person on the charge of operating while under the influence–1st offense, from an incident which occurred on December 19th, 2024 at 9:27pm. A Preliminary Hearing is scheduled on December 30th, 2024 at 2:30pm at the Jackson county Courthouse. The Defendant is released upon posting $1,000 dollars cash or surety
