On December 3rd, the Defendant, Jaron Clark, of Maquoketa, has violated his probation.  The Defendant is charged with criminal mischief–2nd degree, possession of burglars tools, attempted burglary–3rd degree, and burglary–3rd degree, from an incident which occurred on December 5th 2023 at 7:29pm.

On December 3rd, the Defendant, Jason Larue, of Dubuque, was placed on probation on December 1st, 2023 and has violated his probation.  The defendant is not in custody. That an initial appearance should be set for December 19th, 2024 at 1pm at the Jackson County Courthouse. The Defendant is charged with operating while under the influence, and obstruction prosecution or defense, from an incident which occurred on September 17th, 2023 at 1:36am. 

On December 4th,  the Defendant, Gary lee Manning , Jr., of Maquoketa, is charged with possession of controlled substance-meth, from an incident which occurred on September 7th, 2024 at 9:22pm.  The suppression hearing scheduled for December 13th, 2024, at 10:30am was canceled due to one of the State’s witnesses is not available.  The State requests the Court to grant its motion to continue.
