On November 25th, the Defendant, Jason White, of Dubuque, appears in custody on the charge of possession  of controlled substance –2nd offense, from an incident which occurred on November 24th, 2024 at 11:08pm.  Pleas  not guilty and waives the preliminary hearing. Defendant is released upon posting $2,000 dollars cash or surety.

On November 25th, this matter comes before the court on the Defendant’s, Brian Buckman, of Maquoketa, Motion to Continue to December 6th, 2024 at 8:45am at the Jackson County Courthouse, for arraignment.  The Defendant is charged with operating while under the influence–3rd offense or subsequent, from an incident which occurred on November  12th, 2024 at 2:40am.
