In the Iowa District Court in and for Jackson County

On October  24th,  this  matter  comes  before  the  court  for  sentencing.  The defendant,  Latasha  McDaniel,  appeared  on  the  following  charges: disorderly  conduct— loud  raucous  noise,  and  harassment—3rd  degree, from  an  incident  which  occurred  on  October  11th,  2024  at  3:46 pm.  The court  finds  this  matter  shall  be  set  for  a  review  hearing.  A review hearing  is  scheduled  on  October  23rd,  2025  at  1:05pm  at  the  Jackson County  courthouse.  The bond  is  set  at  $300  dollars  cash  only.

On October  24th,  the  court  finds  the  defendant,  Shealynn  Westcott, of  Maquoketa,  motion  to  continue  pretrial  conference will be rescheduled  to  December  6th,  2024  at  11am  at  the  Jackson  County courthouse.  The  defendant  is  charged  with  operating  while  under the influence—2nd  offense,  from  an  incident  which  occurred  on  April  22nd, 2023, at  11:38 pm.
